Bathroom skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned in months. Valances on all the beds were very marked. Bathroom floor was grubby, unfortunately the flash floor mop left there would have made the floor even worse. Inside cupboards dirty, cutlery and crockery not all clean

The property was spotless, had everything we could possible need and Alex was extremely helpful. We would definitely return in the future.

There was nothing at all.

The accommodation was genuinely lovely — the kind of place that immediately puts you at ease. From the cozy atmosphere to the small touches that showed real care, it was the perfect space to relax and settle in. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and would happily stay again.

Nice homely bungalow

A little bit to far for us to walk to the beach

Had everything we needed. Very comfortable. In a quiet and safe location. Parking. Location was fantastic for walking. From walking to ala ronde discovered footpath after footpath. Small shops walking distance less than a minutes walk. Easy to drive to the beach and town centre.

Spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. A home-from-home. Bedding and towels provided. Washing machine, decent fridge and kitchen utensils all provided. Decent internet and TVs services with TVs in the bedrooms too. Fans, lighting, clocks, wardrobes, drawers and side tables provided in the bedrooms. Host had excellent communication. Kept us well informed and easy to contact. Good size garden and not overlooked. Driveway. Good location with local amenities. Dog friendly.

It had everything we needed and were more than happy with the place, but if we were to suggest some minor improvements: A couple more plug sockets in living room and bedrooms would be useful. One or two windows had old locks that were stiff and one was unable to lock, but we were still able to it shut over. Portable air conditioning for hot summer months would be amazing. Got a little warm in the bedrooms overnight, but nothing an open window couldn't help. Ideally just one normal shower head mounted higher and ideally electric, but shower was fine to use. Draining board for dishes would have been useful. A dressing table would be a nice touch in the master bedroom.

the location of this bungalow was approx 2.5 miles from Exmouth Town centre, the location you could park on the drive or outside on the street. the bungalow was spacious, had heating, plus fans, tvs in 3 rooms, comfortable settee in lounge, 2 bedrooms one with double, one with 2 single beds, wooden flooring. ideal for pets.garden enclosed at the back , so if you had children you could let them play safely washing machine. full sized fridge freeezer, toaster , coffee machine lots to do and see if you have a dog or children 5 mins walk only to a park and large field, the park for children has a good selection of rides, swings, zip wire, basket swing, slide, exercise equipment Also the host to the property was on hand, we had to message her and she called us back amazing service would highly recommend this bungalow
