Sehr schönes Häuschen in ruhiger und trotzdem ortnaher Lage. Innen typisch Italienischer Standard. Schattige Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick und kleinem privatem Pool. Sehr hundefreundlich!

Super cozy and like a home away from home

Parking with a larger car was not possible in front of the house and the swimming pool was closed which was something I’d hopes for but it was still a beautiful stay regardless

Location, view, hous itself, interior. It was amazing sitting and viewing the Tuscan landscapes with a bottle of Brunello and local craft cheese.

Cleanliness wasn't that good, especially, disappointed dirty tableware and utensils given a fact that there's nice and modern dishwasher.

Great location, in walking distance to shops, cafeteria, restaurants and bus stop. The apartment is very well equipped, is clean and comfortable, in a quiet area and free parking about 300m from the street.

Stayed only one night and couldn’t fault it.

It was nice and clean, allowed us to bring our pet dog, has a lovely garden and washing machine and strong water pressure in the shower. The spare sofa bed was comfortable. Cosmo was very nice showing us around even though we were late due to traffic and his father whom we met later to pay.

We loved the property, but here are some suggestions for improvement: More and better quality clothes hangers would be welcomed, especially for 3 guests when one is in the common area; warning guests of the bed to bring mosquito repellent esp for that time of the year would be helpful. There are lots of mosquitoes at sunset . Also (this is not their fault but) at 7am Saturday we were all woken and disturbed by their neighbours very noisy construction and extremely loud banging which was impossible to sleep through. More than 1 dishwasher tablets would be appreciated.

The apartment was very well equipped for a family and we enjoyed cooking here. The pool was a huge bonus considering we visited during a heatwave. It's a very short walk to the local shop and bus stop and we enjoyed a little hike up and around Monte Ceceri. The washing machine and cleaning facilities were really handy too. Filippo was great as a host, very helpful and quick to sort an issue with the air conditioning. Beware that if you have children and pushchairs, that the apartment is situated down a long set of gravel steps as you enter from the road.

For me the pillows were very firm, deep and uncomfortable which meant I used the sofa pillows for 3 nights. The apartment could do with a bit of a deep clean. The shower hose is covered in black mold ( we found whilst showering our 2 year old daughter) so that needs a good bleaching and the bathroom started to really smell like drains after the first day or so.
