Beautiful cottage

The welcome basket was much appreciated! The cottage is beautifully decorated. Lots of nice little touches that make it very welcoming and cosy. Beautiful location and very well equipped.

The bathroom and hot water situation needs some updating/investment. I ran out of hot water with only half a bathful. The heated towel rail isn't working and the tiles around the bath seal are starting to discolour and blacken. As a bath lover and someone that really needed the break for respite and relaxation, it did spoil the stay somewhat unfortunately. I think the addition of access to Netflix /amazon on the downstairs tv would be a great bonus as the channels are limited.

Wow what a beautiful cosy cottage. Perfect place to stay with our dogs. The cottage had everything we needed and lots of lovely touches. We will definitely be back :-) thank you for a great holiday

There was nothing not to like.

This was a home from home property, with some personal touches. It was a fantastic location, close to the beach and the North York Moors. Ideal if you didn’t want to stay right on the coast. The local pub, fish & chip shop and other shops within walking distance. Lovely little terrace to have your afternoon tea.

The only down side was no private parking, however there is plenty of street parking very close by.
