We loved the easy checkin the clean and well equipped caravan. Shower lovely hot and powerfulThe position of the van to beach and coastal paths and the actual park resorts we love anyway.

Liked everything about the van very well equipped.

Lovely caravan ,plenty of crockery,the best thing was two bathrooms both equipped with showers especially when there's 6 people very quiet area had a great time we stayed in H54 park dean heacham

the fire and the bed

the caravan itself wasn’t very clean and the photos found on booking.com were not correct to what the caravan actually looked like. we found the caravan to feel uncomfortable due to personal items being left in there. Towels, toilet roll and cooking oil were not supplied sufficiently as stated on booking.com. we ending up buying cooking oil from the site shop costing us £8!! We did leave the cooking oil behind to pay forward for the next unfortunate customer!

Very clear instructions from the host and easy to find. We only stayed for one night so didn’t get to make the most of them - but we Loved the tv, gaming and book selection. Host very helpful with questions. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus!

Good instructions. Easy to access. Plenty of Parking. Good site, good facilities. Caravan was clean. Beds adequate. Kitchen good. All items you could need and more. Fridge and a separate freezer. Cooker hood. Heating worked well as we experienced some cold nights. Nice and quiet. Near Beach and Sea. The Ducks.The Ducks to see 20 Ducks in a row in the rain is an experience.

"Lovely spacious caravan very close to the sea"

Spacious sitting area and kitchen. Bathroom was a good size for a caravan
