Good location, right on beach. Great for dogs, Tony's Fish and Chips 10 mins walk along beach, fab! Close enough for Hunstanton which is lovely.

Be wary that you can't enter clubhouse without paying a fee

"Ok for one night."

Good location. Close to beach. Clean, tidy and comfortable.

Fire does not light. No trays for oven to cook food on so had to go out to find takeaway food. Bath towels were charged as extra which is fine but not even a hand towel in the bathroom? Maybe upgrade the tv to a smart tv? Signal was poor so limited channels to watch.

"Perfect base for our night away."

Great location, close to the beach. Really good price for a spacious caravan. Perfect for our last minute stay to end the Easter holidays. Bonus was having the bed linen provided and a few essentials for cooking for a short stay.
