The site and caravan were very clean and tidy. The site facilities looked great, but we did not use them. The beach was less than 5 minutes walk from the caravan; we watched the sun set over the sea and in the morning watched it come back up, sat on the beach. I'd definitely come back and use this caravan/site again.

"12 Ickworth 3 bed caravan"

Close to beach

Caravan was dirty, dusty and cobwebs everywhere. oven was filthy. Shower pressure wasn't great. Alot of furniture was peeling. Fridge was too small for a 6 berth. Could do with a deep clean and update of furniture.
