The staff I spoke too were very amenable We liked the ducks

A bit dated, smelled musty, water in shower wasn’t hot ( or couldn’t get it to be hot?)

Some of our group used the pool which was very nice. The accommodation was comfortable.

The break was uncomfortable due to the heatwave making the accommodation pretty unbearable. We should have taken fans. We couldnt go in the sea at Heacham as the beach has a brown flag, ie polluted, so we had to go to Hunstanton for a swim and the beach. I was kept awake during the second night by two police cars which had been called to an incident at another caravan opposite, probably a domestic. None of these were the fault of the accommodation.

A home away from home. Lovely decor, clean and very well equipped.

No faults.

Everything we needed was there, extremely low stress arrival and departure and the caravan did the job nicely. Thanks!

Exceptionally clean,and a wonderful clean comfortable bed.

Near to the beach silent place , we had hall kitchen bedroom 2 toilet cupboard it was nice .

It stinks of pets in our hall and one of the bed was with dog hair was not clean properly.

Location

No towels available at the property. No basics stuff like rubbish bags…the fridge was washed with bleach and if you don’t want that you food smell the same we was needed to keep our food out the fridge . If you want to eat or drink something at the restaurant at the reception you need to pay 7.5£ to get in the restaurant and after to pay for what you order. The Wi-Fi it’s free if you want, but it’s useless, if you want a better connection you have a choice to pay 1£ per day, but when you continue connecting the price Jump from 1£ to 6£ per day
