Beautiful large victorian waterfront house

The house was comfortable for my family of four.

Some of the things need to change . The Toilet door lock does not work. And one of the rooms on the second floor door nob faulty. The water kettle is old . Not healthy to drink.

Lovely clean house beautiful comfy beds everything you need for a self catering stay. Helpful host and in a great location.

Just few niggly little things. Door handle on one of the bedrooms came of a couple of times and some of the decor could do with touching up especially the big crack in the kitchen ceiling.

The location is actually great, very convenient if you move around with the public transport since the bus stops are around the corner!

We found the plastic plant decorations a bit cheap.

Very nice property would stay again

Comfortable but basic. Some small areas in need of clean (top of cooker/fridge). Needed a brush/hoover to use

The pictures do not do the house justice, it is far bigger. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with equipment and coffee/tea etc,, even though we went out mostly for meals. Excellent location near the waterfront, 2 min walk to a fabulous waterfront cafe, Underfall Yard.

The bathroom needs a little bit of tlc, mould is starting to show in the grout of the shower and ceiling above, the loo seat is wobbly and the sink did not drain very well. No lock on the bathroom.

Close to city centre
