Location was great as we were there for the football game. Towels were new and fluffy, and the owner was communicative.

There was no AC! It was an extremely hot day so it was extremely uncomfortable. The windows were also locked and having thick curtains and carpet also did not help. Carpet and sofa also had stains. It would be nice to also have shampoo / hair dryer. The mattress in the second bedroom was uncomfortable. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we could not last sleeping in the heat - we were also getting itchy from the beds.
