L'unica nota positiva è che si trova in centro storico, essendo certamente un ex magazzino o deposito, perché il titolare si è ingegnato a mettere delle finestre finte per fare sembrare l'ambiente areato ovviamente a beneficio delle immagini raffigurate. Ma di fatto sono finte, dall'altra parte c'è un bel muro di pietra. Nessun passaggio comunicante con l'aria esterna, ecco a cosa è dovuto il persistente e cattivo odore di muffa. Non fidatevi delle immagini, sono state fatte ad hoc per attirare i clienti.

L'odore di muffa persistente e le finte finestre come a dire guardate che noi ci siamo se ci aprite respirate in qualche modo. L'ambiente è sicuramente nato come un deposito o magazzino tant'è che non presenta vere finestre o altri sbocchi se non quello d'ingresso principale.

Der Gastgeber Vicenzo war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und reagierte sehr flexibel auf unsere Ankunftszeit. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral mitten in der Altstadt von Cefalu. Rundum gibt es zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten, nur einen vernünftigen Supermarkt bräuchte es noch in der Nähe. Da die Häuser in den engen und gemütlichen Gassen so schmal und aneinandergebaut sind, fällt unten kaum Licht herein, sodass man auch beim Frühstück relativ dunkel sitzt. Im oberen Stockwerk hingegen ist es sehr gemütlich gewesen und wir Erwachsenen haben es genossen, auf dem schmalen Balkon ein Gläschen Wein zu trinken. Eine Flasche gab es auch als Willkommensgeschenk, was nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz sauber gewesen. Der Geschirrlappen stank. Das Sofa im Erdgeschoss hat Flecken. Für das Geld erwartet man auch, dass zumindest von jedem Geschirr vier Teile vorrätig sind, was nicht der Fall war. Wir haben uns ausgeholfen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war schon kaputt bzw. die Halterung vom Lattenrost, sodass man schräg lag und das Schlafsofa für die Kinder war auch nicht sehr bequem.

Posizione centralissima e strategica, a due passi sia dal centro storico che dalla spiaggia. L’oste carinissimo ci ha lasciato un ombrellone per la spiaggia decisamente necessario. Stanza con ventilatore, anche se non lo abbiamo dovuto usare perchè la casa era molto fresca di suo.

I sanitari un po più piccoli del normale che possono risultare scomodi e molte volte la wifi non prendeva nonostante avessimo provato a riavviare il modem.

Location was very central and in old town. Had a washing machine. Some things included such as coffee, a bottle of wine(we didn't drink it), and a beach umbrella. Shower was small but was good pressure and temperature. Property size was good - two levels.

The owner was slightly passive-aggressive. When asking about linen for the fold out mattress he asked had i booked for extra people, how many are you, etc, and that he wouldn't charge me for the extra sheets, but normally he would - i had booked for two people and requested the extra bed. Also informed him that the kettle wasn't working and he told us how to use it despite it not actually working. We agreed on a time for him to drop the extra bedding, and then he changed the time for later. I explained that it was too late and he did eventually come as per arranged time. He did also bring a new kettle and a fan. The fan was needed as there isn't air con in the bedroom - only where the fold out bed is. The house feels slightly odd - windows open into caved areas. The stairs are narrow, and there are pieces of wood holding up sagging steps (not sure how up to code the property actually is). The mattress in the bedroom was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The wifi was a little difficult and required multiple resets throughout the day to work. Due to the location the property is loud but if you shut the windows the noise isn't so bad!

Bedroom is excellent.

Kitchen needs to be refreshed. Old sink etc.

Location is amazing

The property needs a good cleaning, furniture and bed is so UNcomfortable. Property needs some TLC
