Beautiful view! In addition to that, huge aparment with private pool, private parking spot downstairs, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, very good internet connection and dishwasher which is always a nice addition. Owner Gennaro is a nice and friendly person, who told us all about the neighborhood (restaurant and shop locations) and was always available in case we needed anything. The Paradiso resort located next to the apartment provided special, magical mood during every evening - beautiful music and fireworks!

Everything was good! We rented a small car which was perfect for narrow streets. Bigger car would be more difficult to manouver - please keep that in mind.

The view from the terrace was amazing, the most beautiful sunset and a great night view of the town. It was great to spend each evening there. It was clean, spatious and confortable

A bit cold inside.

Everything about Incanto was delightful! The terrace views were stunning and the outside seating area was perfect for lounging with the welcome cooling down in the pool. The apartment was spacious and well laid out- great for a family of 4. Our host Gen (and his very adorable family) could not have done any more to make us feel welcome and was so very attentive and committed to ensuring we had an enjoyable stay.

The only thing we possibly lacked was a teatowel!

Amazing view, house like being at home. Nice kitchen with all you need, WiFi working great, you have car parking….

Nothing. What some people wrote about weddings and fire works. It is there but I didn’t care, who Can say you got firework and music every day special for you 👍 included. You hear it sometimes a bit loud but on vacation I don’t go sleep at 22.

Gen the host and owner of the property is very welcoming and helpful. He physically greeted us on arrival, explained everything, and handed us the keys. He even recommended a place to eat and asked us to follow his car to the restaurant, which was a very kind gesture! The property location is great as it's close and central to the places we wanted to visit. But the drive is a bit difficult with narrow roads. hiring a car is a must for this property. Great views from the balcony. Castellammare is about 1h Pompeii is about 20min from the property Amalfi coast 1h20min Sorrento 1h Positano 1h12min Naples 1h10min Generally driving around Naples and the surroundings of the places I've mentioned is extremely difficult. we travel a lot and live In a mountain area my husband is an experienced driver and he said this was the most difficult drive he has ever driven. simply because there's no discipline of other drivers and extremely narrow roads. you will need a smaller car or it is perfect for a motorcycle. since we were a family of 4 we had to hire a car. food in restaurants is superb The restaurant we tried on the first day with the host's recommendation was Mamma Mia @ Castellammare. The food was fantastic! closest to the property is this pizza place pizza @ Ristorante Coniglio superb pizza! At the property, you got the basics. If you're a tea/coffee drinker like us I would suggest taking your Tea/Coffee and milk as the property does not provide any tea and the coffee tastes horrible. The property has secured gated parking which is one of the reasons why we chose this place as a lot of the places don't have parking or you have to pay more money to park. Remember there is no free parking anywhere you go in Italy.

Not having the use of the pool as Gen mentioned when we arrived that it's closed due to being off-season. Appreciate it if it was mentioned before the booking. A few other bits have already been mentioned to the owner.

The scenic beauty of the location is awesome. It gives you a hill too panoramic view of the Lettere castle, the bay of Naples, the town of Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. The apartment had a spacious balcony and a terrace too. The view was spectacular. It is situated on hill top and the roads are steep and narrow. It is advisable to have a small car if you are driving. The host Gennaro is very caring and hospitable. He and his wife gave ys a warm welcome on arrival. His father stays on the property and provides help, if you need it

Navigation of the area is poor. Online maps dont work smooth. Mobile signals weak.

There's no denying the views from this property are incredible, you could spend hours standing on the balcony or the courtyard looking out over the city. Genarro, the host, is also very considerate and caring and happy to help. The property was clean, there was air conditioning in the main living area, a coffee machine (and coffee bags), a huge American style fridge freezer, BBQ and two bathrooms. There's a dining table outside and another inside, plus plenty of places to sit and chill. The pool is great, but it is not heated - (we were so glad we'd packed the children's wetsuits), and there's an outside shower that's warm.

The downsides had nothing to do with the property itself, so completely out of Genarro's control, however really important future guests are aware. Firstly, the location is surrounded by wedding venues. This means there are several firework displays every night, 7 nights a week, including one right next door. These do add something interesting to watch, but along with the loud music from these venues and the Friday night party upstairs, don't book this property if you want to go to bed early. The noise does stop at 11pm though, we presumed there was a local law. Another tip for anyone who, like us, is not used to driving in Italy. The roads leading up the this property are really narrow and unfortunately there are a significant number of very dangerous drivers sharing them with you. It will take a few stressful days to get used to. One massive tip for getting there from the Naples direction - ignore your say nav and instead join the SS145 from the A3, all the way to the junction after the first tunnel (at Via Castellammare). Also do not turn into Vicolo Iozzino, this is a ridiculously narrow road with no passing placed, but instead continue up the switchbacks. This route gives you the best, widest roads, trust me.

First of all the view is stunning! Secondly since the house it is the owner's former house, it has all needed appliances (from washing machine to grill). It has 2 full bathrooms. The minipool and terraces have the same beautiful view over the Vesuvius Mountain/Pompei/Naples Golf/Lettere Castle. It has a private parking. If you have a car, Incanto can be the headquarters for visiting attractions in different days (Lettere is somewhere in between Naples, Vesuvius Mountain and Amalfi coast). We also enjoyed our front seats to the daily fireworks we could see from the balcony. The internet was good.

Balcony, terrace, amazing views, lots of space in the apartment, all what you could need during your stay. Recommend for price/quality ratio.
