Spacious and comfortable flat! Very reliable, helpful and responsive hosts with lovely family! Perfect WIFI! Very convenient parking space which is a rate find in the area! Stunning balcony/terrace view! Very typical Naples area village. Reasonable price!

A few cleaning issues that need to be urgently appointed, especially the fridge/freezer doors, all covered with heavy mould from condensation. Hair traces all over the place. Tired kitchen and cutlery left from the time the owners lived there. The TV remote control does not work and has to be replaced. It is unusable. A huge whole in the sitting area of one of the balcony's chairs. A remote fob for the car gate would be very helpful instead of a normal key that is provided. Small things that need an extra attention, so the property is to become just great.
