Tolle Ausstattung in gehobener Qualität.

Excellent property finished to a high standard. Really comfortable. Nice powerful shower and the kitchen was well equipped.

A couple of minor niggles with the tap in the kitchen and the shower gel. Found the TV very difficult to use and gave up in the end. WiFi intermittent.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Welch House at the end of April. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as hoped, immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The house itself is spacious and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The underfloor heating was a treat! The location is ideal, peaceful and quiet, yet just a short distance from Douglas and other attractions around the Island and was the perfect base for exploring. The host was incredibly helpful and kindly assisted in putting up birthday banners and balloons for my partner’s birthday, which made the occasion even more special.

The location and property type

Could only get rubbish programs on Freeview and the DVD wasn't connected up. Also needs a larger mirror on wall over dressing table and towels hooks on side of shower. Small niggles but niggles nevertheless

A warm welcome was offered by this utterly charming little house. Our first visit to IOM and it was greatly enhanced by being in such comfortable and well appointed accommodation. Would highly recommend and we hope to return.

Excellently decorated, spotlessly clean, lots of high quality modern features, from the kitchen appliances to the TV and ... well everything. This place would rightly appeal to lots of couples. Can see why its been used for a honeymoon etc. Well located, with a local supermarket, close to bus routes into Douglas, or parking available if you drive. Top choice and would recommend.

Anything is nit-picking... personally, the modern inside and heritage outside didn't gel, but that is just us. Slightly unusual to have an open shower in the bedroom, but many will like that. The fact we asked ourselves what we would do differently shows how much 'at home' we felt. A small thing... some extra information or focus on recycling bottles, cardboard etc. Again, what we would do at home. So maybe that's just us :-)
