Amazing property done to a really high standard had everything you could want

If I could change anything it would be a new mattress for the bed as it was a little uncomfortable

Unlimited WiFi would be a plus. It ran out after a few days.

Upstairs bedroom/shower was a bit chilly. Needs additional heating or double glazed windows

A beautiful historic building with sympathetic modern alterations to accommodate today’s needs. It was warm and spacious with good quality facilities.

The location was good if you have transport, but not ideal if you don’t. On street parking can be available outside the property, but unfortunately there was no availability for half of our stay. The small garage business opposite the house did ask its customers to leave space for us but it was hit and miss if they left a space big enough.

Great location. Spacious and yet cosy. Has everything you need.

A tiny foible - the shower could have been a bit hotter

The layout of the accommodation is very spacious & airy. The decor is very light & modern as well as all the amenities, you have all you need for a comfortable stay & access to both the local shops, pubs & bus routes are less than 5 minutes walk, the location of the property is away from the main road & extremely quiet.

The humidifier which is necessary to keep the property free of damp, as it is an old building, but be sure to take earplugs with you as it can be quite disruptive if you are a light sleeper. I found that the hot water throughout the property is not fully regulated & mostly warmish, so be patient. Television channels can be repeated as different regions are selected for the same channel, don't expect terrestrial as it is not listed,but there are plenty of dvds & alternative means to entertain so long as you have the relevant access.
