The sud est house

Use this place in summertime! This place good for one family members. Two bedrooms are like one, third bed is in kitchen .

Unfortunately this place is not good for winter time. Stay there in summer!

Ho soggiornato al The Sud Est House e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, comoda per raggiungere il centro e i principali punti di interesse, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi. L’appartamento era impeccabile: pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Si percepisce subito l’attenzione del proprietario per il comfort degli ospiti. Perfetto per chi cerca pace, comodità e un ambiente accogliente. Consigliatissimo!

- should update the facilities listed in the listing as many items are not accurate like video/board games, game console, slippers, bathrobe etc. - dirty coffee machine and no coffee capsules - several instances where we lost electricity and had to switch the power on everytime (staff was helpful when we asked about this)

Ottima posizione per visitare sia la costiera amalfitana sia Salerno. Facilità di trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze della struttura.

Me alojé en The Sud Est House y realmente quedé impresionada. La casa está bien cuidada, muy limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario, pero lo que más me gusto fue la extraordinaria tranquilidad de la zona: silenciosa, reservada y perfecta para descansar después de un día recorriendo la Costa Amalfitana. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de los lugares principales de Vietri sul Mare pero lejos del bullicio turístico. El anfitrión es super amable, disponible y siempre dispuesto a dar consejos útiles. Un alojamiento acogedor, bien organizado y sobre todo muy, muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable para quienes buscan relajación total….

Zona linistita, locuri de parcare suficiente si gratuite, apartamentul este spatios si bine echipat.

Duży hałas jeżdżących samochodów przed budynkiem , uniemożliwia spokojny sen . Brak papieru toaletowego i płynów do mycia rąk

Antonio is a very good host and very responsive to requests. Main bed is very comfy! Plenty of towels and linen. Great wifi. Antonio gave good advice on where to go. Two lovely restaurants in Molina and easy reach of Vietri so the location was brilliant. There is a supermarket 2 mins walk from the front door!

Street was very noisy at night when you are downstairs. The upstairs of the apartment was quite hot at night also. The aircon is in one main bedroom but it's very noisy. The rooms have a gap between the ceiling and the wall meaning you can hear everything crystal clear between the rooms and the light also passes through from room to room. Its not ideal. I'd suggest some additional basics for the kitchen. We had to buy oil and salt, there are only two wine glasses, no cheese grater, no plug in kitchen sink. Parking was a challenge some evenings as the village was busy but we always found somewhere eventually.
