Casa Balada Santa Lucía with Parking by Cercana

This two bedroom house, had large rooms and nice linens. It was decorated in most interesting way with a lot of design touches and art work. Beautiful wooden doors. Once inside the house, you heard very little street noise even though Calle 60 was at the corner. This is a great location so walking to the main square and other parks is easy. There is a private outside sitting area. I was happy to see that there was kettle!

The kitchen needed proper cleaning first of all. There were no cleaning supplies nor tea towels. The house in general needed a wipe down as you could see dust on all the dark wooden doors. Even the drainboard was dusty. We had issues with plumbing. The shower head in the second bathroom blew off when it was turned on. The was no water pressure in vanity of the first bathroom and kitchen sink faucet sprayed in all directions. Management was quick to respond and all issues were resolved in less than two hours.

We liked the location, the style and design of the house, the modern conveniences in the house.

The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable and therefore we couldn't spend time in the living room.

La casa è bellissima, ben arredata e ben fornita sotto tutti gli aspetti. I proprietari hanno lasciato anche spray e crema repellente per zanzare perchè nel cortiletto effettivamente ce ne sono alcune. L'accesso è comodissimo, si parcheggia tranquillamente in strada ma se non si dovesse trovare c'è un parcheggio privato sotterraneo affianco all'ingresso di casa. Dalla casa ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi in qualunque direzione.

Unica pecca, per chi soffre di sonno leggero, un rumoroso locale, essendo stati noi nel we è stato aperto entrambe le sere fino alle 2.30/3. I proprietari ci hanno lasciato tappi, che noi non abbiamo utilizzato perchè non abbiamo avuto esigenza. Capiamo ci sia poco da fare ma per chi ha problematiche con i rumori notturni capiamo vada detto.

Emplacement super ! La location est grande. Partie extérieure sympa. Parking sécurisé.

Logement un peu dans son jus. Piscine pas très propre. Éclairage insuffisant

De locatie is echt super en het appartement heeft echt fijne slaapkamers en douches. De binnenplaats is ook fijn om privé te hebben

De keuken is echt oud en daardoor ook niet fris meer. Zowel de keuken als eigen binnenplaats mogen wel wat beter schoongemaakt worden. Je hebt helemaal geen ruimte om even te zitten (bankstel)

Zentral gelegen

Der Pool war sehr dreckig bei der Anreise. Auch nach der Reinigung hat er noch merkwürdig gerochen. Das Haus war sehr hellhörig. Quasi schlafen an der Strasse.

Our stay at Casa Balada was nothing short of incredible. This home beautifully immersed us in the charm and culture of Mérida. From the moment we arrived, we felt connected to the local spirit, thanks in large part to the house’s thoughtful design and ideal location. The house itself is comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring restful nights after full days of exploring. Perhaps the best part is how close Casa Balada is to everything. Whether it was walking to historic sites, sampling Yucatecan cuisine, or browsing artisan markets, we were never far from the action. We left feeling like we had truly experienced Mérida, not just visited it. Highly recommend Casa Balada to anyone looking for an authentic and cozy home base in this magical city.
