Entire Modern 7 Unit 7 Bath Boutique Inn

I had no control over the thermostat and my room was freezing. I texted them as I wore a shirt and pants to bed and froze. They got back to me the next day saying oops “just saw this” as I had to cut the rest of my trip short because I got sick and was in pain from every muscle in my body being tense from the cold and did not sleep a wink which is the purpose of the room.

Great location, clean and the bed was really comfy. The staff was easy to reach & helpful.

The location is unbeatable for easy walking to the piers and all of their restaurants, bars and cruises. The host had excellent recommendations, responded very promptly to questions, and went out of his way to make us comfortable and make sure we enjoyed our trip.

Clean. Location close to Port an services. Close to restaurants. Parking at rear of property.

Our room was too cold at night and the thermostat would not be allowed to be set for warmer temperature. Had to cover the vent on the bathroom floor to help keep temperature merely to 73 degrees in the room and still felt somehow cold.

The location is excellent. Between the harbour and historical district. The common spaces and room were done up, modern and clean.

The room (unit 3) is really quite small. It was advertised as 35 square meters, but it is max 15 m2 including the bathroom. All the other spaces, such as kitchen, are nice but shared. Instructions for operating the doorlocks could have been clearer.
