Keurig machine was great!

Would have liked to have some closet space. Folks staying across the hall left their dog inside all day and we could hear him whimpering late into the evening.

The location is perfect. It is a big plus the parking closed by.

We have the problem with TV and refrigerator in the room. Nether one was working. We tried to reach the person on charge few times. They never reached us back and never fixed it. I think it will be fear if they will compensate our inconvenience. One more thing. Everything was clean and would be nice if windows will be washed.

Would’ve loved a King size bed at 6’4” but honestly not a thing otherwise!

The property was right in the center of town. Parking was a breeze. Very charming, full of old Newport character. Modern amenities .

The room type that I was assigned mentioned spa tub, but there wasn’t a tub in the room. The staff was VERY accommodating. They promptly moved me to another room. A room that has a spa tub. But, the jets don’t work. The shower had shampoo and soap dispensers that had no products in them. The carpets in the sitting room were a bit stained. Hard to have white carpets in a hotel room. Construction is being done on the property at very early times 8 am.

29 Pelham Street Inn was a fantastic choice with its clean, well-maintained, and recently renovated accommodations. The prime location and excellent parking facilities made for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

The refrigerator in our room was off when we arrived, but we easily plugged it in, and the air conditioning in the hallway could have been a bit cooler.

The location was top notch! The room was nicely decorated and was a great place to come to after a day of exploring. It was easy to access our room, and the communication from the owners was great.

The water pressure in the bathroom was almost not there at all. While the water got nice and hot, there was no pressure in the shower to the point that washing my hair was almost impossible.

Property was in a great Location - it was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating when it came to making travel plans.

The room is very small and can barely accommodate two people. There was only one armchair in the room, with no additional seating. As a result, if one person occupied the armchair, the other had to sit on the bed, making it impossible for both to watch TV together. There are no shelves or other options for storing your belongings. The hotel's description and pictures do not clearly indicate whether the kitchen is private or shared. I contacted the hotel for clarification but did not receive a response. Additionally, I never received the check-in instructions in advance. Fortunately, upon arrival, I found a contact number, and Keith promptly arrived to provide us with the entrance codes and other details. Lastly, you can easily hear people above you.
