Entire Modern 7 Unit 7 Bath Boutique Inn

The room was terribly smelly out of cleaning liquids (probably). Each time we entered the room we had to refresh it by opening the window. Staying on the ground floor made us stay with closed curtains all day long - not very pleasant. I woke up in the morning bitten all over my body by some kind of insects and was forced to take anti allergic pill The coming was either not so pleasant as we didn’t understand how to get into the room and only an hour approximately before check-in time we go a code for the entrance.

location was perfect - our rooms was very nice and comfortable.

Very nice and spacious room and maybe the best location for your visit in Newport. The room is big and has everything you need. The bathroom is also very big and everything looks and feels very modern. Also offers a huge shared kitchen and living room area and other good options like washing machine and tumble dryer. I would come again for sure

Not much to say here, the mini bar fridge in the room is a bit loud, we just turned it off when we slept. And not the hotels fault but there is an irish pub a few houses down the street, on the weekend, so some loud people roaming through the streets.

Things we loved about the property: - the location! It’s a quick walk to everything. - parking is provided! The parking situation is very packed on the neighborhood streets so it was nice to have after our long drive. - it was so clean and comfy! The room was a perfect size for two people and for a quick weekend stay. - it was very easy to access the property using the code locks.

We really have no complaints. One small thing we noticed is the walls were pretty thin and at times you could hear the neighbors/bars down the street.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The building's shared facilities were great.

In unit fridge was not functional. Some of the listing photos for for the unit were outdated, confusing, and a bit misleading. The unit (#4) does not have a private living room space, it was two bedrooms and a bathroom. Some of the photos were older and showed a couch instead of a bed in one of the bedrooms. This was not an additional space, just and old photo of one of the bedrooms. There is a ton of shared public space downstairs.

The location was perfect! No food served at the inn, but we had breakfast at Franklin Spa both mornings. Quick walk around the corner, great spot.

Tried to get in touch with someone on the day we arrived to see if I could park my car in the lot before 3pm check-in and didn't receive any response. I called twice and left voicemails and sent an e-mail with my question and description of my car. I ended up deciding to park in the lot since it was after check-out time and there were plenty of parking spots. A response would have eased my nerves about the possibility of being towed as the signs on the building indicate.
