Entire Modern 7 Unit 7 Bath Boutique Inn

Perfect location for our needs. Played cards in the evening at the big dining table, the living area is cozy, kitchen has everything you need. Parking is easy.

Thought we were getting the same type of room as last visit but it was smaller. Talked with owner’s wife and she said if using a third party booking agent they assign the rooms. Very nice woman!

I think the photos are misleading, where it looks like you have a kitchen when you have to share it.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is immaculate & everything you need is on hand with the bonus of being down the street from downtown Newport.

2 suggestions would be putting a box spring under the bed in room 5 & the ability to adjust the thermostat per room versus 1 setting for the entire house as it was quite chilly.

The building is beautiful, clean and perfect location we walked to everything.
