Sea View, Newquay Spacious house

Location to sea . How spacious it was. Comfy beds.

We were ok with it all. It was close to bars that were open late Friday and Saturday night 2-4am, sonic you are a light window open sleeper , take a room at the back.

The noise from nearby pubs/clubs. I’m sure it’s fine if you’re out enjoying the night life lol

A bit run down in parts with damage to floors, walls and furniture.

I cannot sing more highly about this accomodation. The perfect lvcation with sea views. Huge house, great for groups. Very comfortable rooms. Everything we needed for a lovely weekend away! Two passes for local parking

Loved the location and space, parking very close by. Beds very comfortable lovely big fridge freezer

The whole house could do with a little love ie the first thing that fell off when opening a cupboard in the kitchen the plinth fell off, the decking out the back is dangerous needs replacing, shower in the penthouse needs repairing to use it, and the windows were filthy! The radiator in the double bed room on the first floor looking out to sea did not work nor the one in the downstairs toilet. The high chair was dirty. And having to strip the beds and collect the towels before 10 o’clock was very stressful while trying to pack and load the car not being able to park out side the property
