The Lookout Penthouse

It was spacious , well equipped kitchen . Location very good .

Not sufficient instructions for keys and entry to the building. Smells through out the building , damp and musty. Windows don’t stay open .

The light and views. The rooms were spacious.

The apartment block was horrible, it was filthy and smelt bad. Unfortunately that had an impact on the apartment itself. There was no both water for the bathroom, including the shower.

We’ve stayed here twice before and it’s ideal for our needs. We don’t use the kitchen except for coffee/tea and toast but it is well equipped and spacious. Having two bedrooms is great for us as well. The bathroom is clean and plenty of towels. We couldn’t find the information booklet anywhere (there always was one) and we had an issue with the TV. We sorted it out eventually. On previous stays the immersion for hot water was on for our arrival but this time it wasn’t so we had to wait a while to get hot water for a shower. Otherwise very good.

There’s a strange humming noise somewhere around the bathroom which can also be heard in the double bedroom. No idea what it was?

Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement over Harwich en de zee. En de faciliteiten waren heel fijn. We voelden ons thuis in dit appartement met fijne slaapkamers, mooie badkamer (heerlijke douche) en zitkamer en keuken.

Good property, central and host friendly and helpful

loved it host messaged to check all was ok location was so relaxing, sea views from every window watched the boats come in flat was lovely and warm had everything you needed and more plenty of towels, toiletries etc couldnt fault it would highly reccommend and deff would stay there again

Very clean and tidy. Fabulous views. Lift certainly helps.

Not unlike a hotel you do hear the odd door bang. Other than that very happy.
