Book and Bed

Grat location, close to city centre. Secure parking for smaller car, excellent communication from hosts and Leonardo Well equipped, very clean. Exceeded expectations. Most beautiful linen sheets.

The host met me at the train station since the taxi service was not available that evening. He was kind and hospitable, communicative throughout the booking process and stay, and offered helpful information about the town. The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. It is centrally located, but quiet.

The Wifi worked very well in the main room, but the connection was poor in the bedroom.

Fantastic location within the historical section of town. This two story apartment is very spacious offering private space within the apartment. The apartment's large windows brought light throughout the unit. Workable kitchen with appropriate amenities provided to assist with homemade meals. The unit offered two full bathrooms, which was helpful. As mentioned in other reviews, the decor is unique and memorable. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive.

No central air conditioning. It happened to be very hot during our visit so access to only two portable fans was not sufficient to keep cool.

The apartment was cool even without aircon. It was 39⁰ outside. It was outstanding in every way. I would 100% recommend this accommodation for a beautiful experience.

Great location. Spacious & very unique decorations - books everywhere! Good amenities - all well thought out (hanging spaces, desks, kitchen equipments, fans, A/C, lovely toiletries incl shower caps!) Very hospitable host, Mario was efficient, prompt & very helpful.

Minor & would not detract us from choosing Book & Bed again: some early morning noises from garbage collectors in the streets below.

Fantastic location, with garage parking. Clean, well equipped and our access arrangements worked perfectly. We were able to leave the car in the garage for a couple of hours after vacating the accommodation , which gave us extra time to explore the town.

No air conditioning, although fans were provided. Eating area in kitchen quite cramped. Driving into Orvieto and into garage requires nerves of steel, and if possible, a very narrow car….

All was great. There is no AC but two fans were provided and that worked well with the cool evenings

Perfect location in the center of Orvieto Storico. Very spacious rooms. Everything needed was provided. We have already rebooked to return to this Book And Bed once again in Orvieto.

Central and interesting position. Very comfortable. Beautiful interior.
