CITRUS LUXURY APARTMENT - holiday apartment with up to 3 bedrooms in palermo center

Beautiful and spacious condo with a great location. The condo was fully equipped and had so many nice special touches included by the host, Angelo. We had everything we needed and more! Condo is as described and is gorgeous! Angelo was an exceptional host and was very easy to communicate with. He sent us lots of recommendations and was available for assistance whenever we needed him. Very well organized business operation. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Lots of stairs to get to the condo and no elevator in building (for those with accessibility issues). The condo gets the nightlife noise, though Angelo provided earplugs.

We loved EVERYTHING about the Citrus Luxury Apartment. the location is perfect. the place is very spacious and lovely! Angelo was super helpful and a very kind and warm person. He left us snacks and bus tickets...it was FANTASTIC! ! We can't wait to go back again! Everything you need is there!

The property owners were fantastic, (above and beyond wonderful!!) and the accommodations were lovely with a lot of special touches. They provided great recommendations and arranged airport transfers , which I greatly appreciated. Location was perfect. I loved all the notes /instructions placed around the apartment. Beds are very comfy. The noise was only 2 nights, we were actually disappointed no party on Saturday night, :). Would definitely recommend this place and loved Sicily in general.

It was very minor, but it seems with more apartment rentals you are responsible for clean up/trash removal , which I figured was part of /included in cleaning fee. Again very minor, we just had a super early flight, but all was great.

This apartment in the very centre of Palermo caught our attention from the first look. This stylish flat was very clean and cosy with beautiful colorful interior details, stunning balconies and frescos on the ceiling put us in an amazing adventure. Although the nights outside the apartment on the weekend were extremely loud and noisy, the owner took care of us and provided earplugs for better sleep. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The bed in the sleeping room by the kitchen could be newer. But that's just my opinion.

Everything was so incredible.... The location, the villa, the facilities, the amenities and the hosts were so helpful... Could not have asked for a better stay in Palermo 💕 Will definitely be back!

Amazingly friendly and welcoming hosts, we received such a caring welcoming with a lot of attention to details, Angelo gave us plenty of tips and recommendations, the apartment is equipped with little extras (music, chargers…) . . Perfect location to access everything by foot in Palermo. Lovely rooms with balcony in the heart of the city.

The only minus was the noise until very late on Saturday night. Being in the heart of the party, luckily we had earplugs. Sunday night was totally ok.

Stunning apartment, beautifully decorated. Host had thought of every possible need we might have. Great location, busy and vibrant. Lovely balcony to sit out.

I had a confirmation from Booking.com that we had booked a whole apartment with three bedrooms. A day before we arrived we were informed that we only had two bedrooms out of the three and that we had to pay more money for three despite the fact that we had a confirmation from Booking.com that we had booked the whole apartment. The host’s brochure did say that you could have up to 6 guests in three rooms, but we were just three friends wanting the three rooms so it was all very unclear. We were asked to pay extra cash on arrival. I have been trying to sort this out with Booking.com ever since. I have been put on hold for 25 minutes told we could get a refund from Booking.com only then to be told I need to prove a bank transfer had gone through. I had already told the customer services that we were asked to pay cash. I think it is very bad of Booking.com as it seems it was their mistake.. This was a real shame because the actual apartment was wonderful and was worth the extra money. But if booking.com confirmed it was for a whole apartment then we should not have had to pay more money. Booking.com have now shut down my enquiry. Links No longer work and I can’t submit any more information. They have made it impossible for me to get the refund that they said I could have.

Posizione fantastica, casa carinissima ed accuratamente mantenuta, assistenza dell'host impeccabile.

Location is perfect, just in a middle of all attractions.

Since apartment is located in center, it is quite noisy during night - noisy parties are ongoing till 5:30AM during weekend and that is easy to hear inside of rooms.
