CITRUS LUXURY APARTMENT - holiday apartment with up to 3 bedrooms in palermo center

Easy check in, spacious and comfortable apartment

The apartment is directly above a newly opened restaurant/brewery that features loudspeakers playing until around 1 AM in the street next to the apartment approximately 30 feet (10meters) from the bedroom. It was tremendously loud, and we had to navigate through the tightly packed brewery seating to get to the building door after they opened.

Lovely appartment with big enough kitchen, bathroom and dinning room. The bedrooms are very big, each has a balcony. The host is very kind and helpful, anwsers extremely fast. The location is in the middle of everything, walking distance to everything you will wish to see, very close to the train station, bus lines etc. The kitchen is equiped with nespresso coffee machine. You can find many usefull things in appartment such as powerbanks, umbrellas, etc..

The price is quite high, not very budget friendly. You don't get all of the bedrooms included in price if there is 4 or less persons, which you might not notice when you make the reservation, and it came as a suprise, since we were not couples travelling together, and we wanted our own beds. The host was nice enough to present the option of including another bedroom, but we were not prepared to pay additional 200€ for 4 nights, just for a bed, nobody was using anyway, since you rent the whole appartment for yourself, and the room just stays locked. So for only the 2 bedrooms we got, the price was too high for my judgement and for our budget. If we knew all of that we probably would have rented something cheaper, since the number of bedrooms was the reason we chose this appartment. The street is also very loud, if that bothers you it might come as a shock. For me the earplugs were a lifesaver, which are also provided by the host.

The property is in the Palermo Old Town in a beautiful and picturesque street. It combines old Sicilian charm with modern living. The bedrooms are huge and typically Italian. There are loads of mod-cons provided including a printer, power banks and remote charging for your phones. The property is on 3rd floor - all bedrooms have balconies and it was great to sit with a beer (or two!) and watch the world go buy. The kitchen is well equipped - your host offers tea, coffee, cakes, jams and crostini - all free. The bathroom is equipped with lots - and I mean LOTS - of products for you to use including men's grooming stuff, facial products, bathing products and my daughter just loved the hair care selection. Angelo - your host - is truly exceptional. Such a nice guy. He's so welcoming, really knowledgeable about the area and nothing is too much trouble for him. For eating out and local shops, you are truly spoilt for choice. Whether you want formal dining, traditional and beautiful Italian food, street eating, gelato, pastries and sweets or bars selling wines and beers - you won't be disappointed. We were a family group touring Italy aged 26 - 62. We all loved it.

There's honestly, nothing that's not to like. Expect to be able to hear some background noise at night from the bars and restaurants in the street below - but don't let that put you off. Its minimal and part of the experience of staying in a traditional Italian Old Town. Angelo provides ear plugs just in case - but I didn't need them.

Very good location, clean appointment with more than you can imagine within it. Everything that you can need during your stay, you can find in the apartment. The host provides you with the information on best places to visit, restaurants, transportation etc., and stays online and avaliable to answer your questions and fix all issues. It was very nice to receive personal information about the check in and check out, as well as the info on the possibility to leave the apartment not till 10, but till 11, so we could not be in stress. We had small misunderstanding at the beginning (totally my fault), but it was fixed in half an hour, and we received a cake as an apologise (although the mistake was on my side).

The apartment is in the middle of the Old Town, which is both positive and negative, as people from the bar nearby were very noisy. Nevertheless, it was a beautiful stay there, very good organised and managed.

Beautiful, clean apartment with a lot of nice little amenities. Great location in the centro storico. My wife and daughters loved the various hair products offered. The umbrellas, bottles of wine (for purchase), and ear plugs were a nice touch. It wasn’t too noisy but used the earplugs at night; noise is expected when staying in a city center.

Nothing, it was great. Will warn that it is on the second floor with no elevator, so those with mobility issues should take this into account.

The location was fantastic for us, close to everywhere. And the bonus: best gelateria down on the corner. The apartment is a very good equipped. There are such a things like printer, wireless chargers, power banks, ear plugs 🤣👍, etc....

😁 Be careful, it's never sleeping spot where you can really feel and see the night life of Palermo. We loved just to observe the night street life from 6 beautiful balconies.

Fantastic location, in the heart of Palermo. We sat on Balcony and watched the world go by until late into the night... It is a fabulously furnished and equipped apartment, with lots of things you do not normally find.

Nothing... but be aware it is in a very busy bustling city, so not quiet.
