Чисто, уютно, рядом с ботаническим садом.

Несколько капсул для стирки или немного порошка было бы хорошо иметь к стиральной машине. И очень громко с открытыми окнами, бируши тут пригодятся.

Very impressive apartment, well-equipped, modern and well maintained. Very efficient and clear communication. Very convenient for the metro, but a pleasant walk into the centre. Excellent WiFi.
