Perfectly located to accommodate us on the Preston date of our tour. Rooms were fantastic and a nice quiet location to unwind before and after a show. Can't fault the place.

"Perfect for my family that came abroad just for my graduation"

My family booked the house, as there were six adults all together and we wanted a private place to cook and enjoy ourselves before my graduation. The Hosts were fantastic, they knew it was my graduation and got me a present with a mini graduation hat! I was not expecting that, and me and my family got excited. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I couldn't recommend this place enough, the hosts make you feel welcomed, very good and affordable!

Windows to open a bit more when we cook in the house, to avoid smells. An extra toilet, as there was six people for just one bathroom.

3rd time we've stayed, great location, quiet, but near city centre. House always immaculate, well turned out. Was ready early for us, our request for that wasn't a problem to owners. Highly recommended for anyone having to stay in Preston. Looking forward to next visit.

Everything was spot on, as usual.
