Cheerful 4 bedroom close to Uclan, Preston City Center

Host friendly and incredibly helpful, house was very well set up, immaculately clean and stocked with all the essentials, beds were comfortable and we genuinely couldn't find fault with anything. If we ever need a place to stay in Preston again we will definitely come back, so much nicer and more comfortable than a hotel

Well kept, clean and nicely decorated. Huge TV! Three of the beds were comfy but one was very hard. Close to town centre.

Would be nice if there had been salt and pepper - we didn’t think about that until after we’d come back with our food supplies. Having the toilet downstairs was a bit of a nuisance, especially for my sister who has to get up in the night several times and has a bad knee. The stairs seemed extra steep too! We all really disliked the strongly scent given off by the bedding and it made my eczema flare up on my legs.

Great property and really suited what we needed. Close enough to city center (bonus nostalgia for us as UCLAN alumni to have to walk through the campus). Host communication excellent and friendly.

Nothing that can be fixed, permit parking area so extra cars had to park elsewhere, looks a little bit sketchy in some of the surrounding streets but it's actually ok. We were aware of this from check in information so not a surprise.
