Really great job of architect remodelling old warehouse or workshop into living quarters. Not suitable for long term living (not much light), but nice for short term. Helpful host. Great location in terms of close proximity of train/busses/city center.

Two bedrooms advertised. In reality whole place is just one room, no doors. Not much privacy. Some of the equipment worn, should be replaced. Especially in the kitchen. Never seen such pots and pans before...

Carlo is a reliable host and it was easy to contact him about everything we needed! The house is cozy and perfect for 3-4 people. Its just a short walk to the city centre or to main station. WIFI was fast enough for us.

Kitchen equiptment was a little poor. No fresh fruits or veggies - just a few wrinkled tomatoes for breakfast.

The apartment was not very clean. the floor was very dirty. The towels were very old and thin and grey instead of white. The bathroom shower with poor drainage. The kitchen lacked a proper knife and the breakfast choice was rather poor. Only basic cornflakes, milk, some yoghurts, eggs and 1 package of ham. No fruit or vegetables. for 4 day stay.
