Location was a little out of the way from Lincoln but we knew that. The wifi dropped once in a while. It could be because the rotor was beside the electrical panel and micro wave. otherwise one of the nicest places we have stayed in.

"Lovely property for 6 people"

Very well equipped with lots of cutlery and crockery for 6 people which meant we didn't have to wash up after every single meal and having a dishwasher was excellent. Comfortable beds and seating downstairs, lots of space. Easy to park 3 cars off the road and a nice outside space to sit out. The owner Jude is very helpful and responsive and brought us a couple of extra fans as we were there in a mini-heatwave.

Nothing to dislike, but maybe I would add a couple of bedside lamps into the bedrooms as we had to take one from the dining room for the downstairs bedroom.

Thanks to the precise directions from the owner, we found it OK but without that it would have been difficult to find. The property was very spacious and clean, and proved very comfortable for our short stay. Very well equipped, we really enjoyed staying there and would do so again.

The accommodation was stunning. A really lovely home in a fantastic setting. Had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We couldn't have asked for more.

There was nothing that we could fault.
