Wayside , 3 bed , 2 bath charming house close to Lincoln

Very welcoming and thought to detail. The property is ideal for a coffee or tea in the sun in the morning or a glass of lemonade or something stronger on the other side of the house in the evening. close to the beautiful and underrated city of Lincoln where the parking is easy and the city is welcoming. Had a fantastic time - of course the weather helped but would recommend Lincoln to anyone and Wayside as a lovely base from which to see it.

Beautiful house Great area

The property was easy to find, quiet and very spacious. There was myself, my husband and our 18 month old and there was more than enough room to spread out. The property was lovely and warm when we arrived and mostly clean except for a big dust ball left in the family bathroom. The welcome information was very helpful, however it said there was a welcome hamper which we couldn't find. This didn't hinder our stay though as we were only there was 1 night and bought what we needed. The bedrooms were a good size and could fit a travel cot easily, we bought our own but one was in the property. The downstairs showered is a bit temperament with the temperature but we managed. The upstairs bath however is spectacular and huge. Be aware that if you have young children there are a couple of big, high steps around the property with tiled floor but we kept the downstairs doors shut to stop our little one running around. We slept in the master bedroom and didn't find the bed very comfortable but we are used to a thick firm mattress and I think that one is a bit more soft. The other 2 beds look much firmer. Overall the house was great and just what we needed. It would be perfect for a group staying for a few days and the next time we visit we will book this property again.

Fantastic place to stay. Extremely clean with lots of amenities (even toys for kids!). A really charming house with a very nice host. We will definitely go there again.

The property was very clean and the amenities were exceptional with a thorough and informative welcome pack. The location and directions to the property were very clear and the property was spacious.
