Wayside , 3 bed , 2 bath charming house close to Lincoln

Charming house, very well appointed. Comfortable & warm, with all mod cons. Easy to find and in a very nice location. Great communication with hosts. Highly recommended.

Perfectly clean, cosy and warm property. The hosts were responsive and lovely, their recommendations for local pubs were great! They left lots of things (such as tea, snacks and toiletries) for us so it felt just like home. The three bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. The annex with one bedroom and bathroom was perfect for gaining privacy for part of our group. I would highly recommend for three individuals or a few couples looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Private parking is right next to the property. Very close to Lincoln for activities and shops, and Bardney Limewoods Nature Reserve for woodland walks. Make sure you book more than a few nights to really enjoy the property!

The property is beautiful and large. Very well stocked with provisions useful for our stay too.

Everything was perfect lots of added extras including tea,coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and lots of bathroom accessories.

Beautifully appointed property in a very quiet location. The host was prompt in responding to all queries and could not have been more helpful. We would not hesitate on booking this again.

Beautifully appointed home that had all we could ever need. Quiet family home set in a quiet neighbourhood. We want to come back already.
