全屋暖氣不足，㕑房用具不足，就算有也不能用，例如鑊剷等損壞了也不更換，焗爐門不能完全関上，星盆和洗手間的洗手盆及浴缸的塞子不知道跑到那裏了， 最糟透的是在入住首晚居然熱水供應器也壞掉，足以證明管理人員在事前缺乏物業維護經驗！或者是把準備降至最低！

The showers were pathetic very low pressure. Tried to contact Mathew by phone and email to make payment arrangements turns out he does not exist ! weeks have gone and not a sound. God help you if you had an emergency! We certainly will not be going back It's the worst experience we have had with Bookabach

The upstairs bedroom heat pump didn't work at night but in the morning it worked.

it was very spacious, the rooms were a really great size

The Foosball table was the only positive.

The front door is pad bolted and padlocked shut. This is a serious safety issue. The property is dirty from the outside in. This is not what you would expect at this price point. Also very difficult to sleep in the main bedroom as the curtain doesn’t block out the street light as per photo below this is at night.

The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was just as described, and the space felt welcoming and relaxing.
