Water's Edge City Retreat

There were many beds and the master bedroom odd equipped with an electric blanket, which was useful cos the property is rather draughty.

Quite obvious the property is a well used one, furnishings were a little old, and as mentioned, quite draughty. No heating on the lower floor and only 2 small portable heaters on the upper. The hair dryer socket was also faulty, tripped the upper floor electricity one night. When we arrived, the previous guests washed linen were still hanging on the outside clothes line, which were probably dirtied by our car cos they kept flapping over the tires.

the beds were really comfortable and the place suited our trip.

our bikes were stolen and my petrol tank was drilled to steal the fuel. apparently it is not a great neighbourhood.

Bedrooms we’re nice and the kitchen has everything you need.

Bathrooms are a bit outdated and there is no heat pump in the house. We’ve only use 1 oil heater and 1 fan heater to heat up the first floor on a cold nights and morning then transfer the heaters on each room to heat it up.

Amount of beds, colorful , good price, space

Location, not good for toddlers as theres a stream/river with no fencing out front. Had washing on the line all weekend was hard to park in carport. Tv down low by kids play area.

House is really cold and there is not clean enough. There is Spyder net around and sheets is including someones hair...not happy at all. There is laundry outside still drying...that I'm not think is normal for rental use?
