This accommodation was brilliant and I highly recommend it

Convenient location and had everything we could possibly need for our short stay. Whilst it is an older property, was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Was great value for money and would highly recommend to families

The host was excellent thank you for you support and help when a incident accured in lake Rd. Kiki gave us another property we are grateful and we had 2more people that stayed to suport us with the incident which we so happy and that really helped us throught the week.

The location was good

Lovely spot with everything we needed.

Bathtub, walking distance from lake and market. Kuaira park is 800 meter. Clean and grocery store 100 meter away. Greenery and side river.. lots of games and study material..

Everyting is perfect... little bit cleanliness required out side of House and board is also required ...

near to the tourist attractions

The staff or the host - unprofessional and irresponsible. We booked our stay here last July 9, 2023 for one night stay (for 22 July) at booking.com website. When we arrived at the property it was almost dark as we travelled far and explored some of the tourist spots nearby, when we about to settled at the property someone knocked the door and totally shocked I was when a lady outside said “did you booked this property today? because we booked it too” I was shocked and confused. I immediately checked my phone to make sure I made my booking’s right and I was right! I booked that property that day and paid it. I answered the woman outside “yes we booked this property for one night stay today”. She called then the host to confirm and I also called her, the host answered me that she didn’t saw my booking in booking.com and she demanded us to go out the house because she only knew the other lady booking who booked through Airnb website before that day (she just booked it before the date of stay while us we booked it last July 9 and paid immediately that day), I told her she can’t do that to us because we already paid for it, I sent to her my booking details and confirmation and booking receipt. I stand my ground because I know my rights, I felt bad to the other family who also booked the property because they have a 1yo baby and a two elders and they travelled far too and that was like 7pm in the evening already, supposedly we have plans after dinner but it wasn’t happen due to the circumstances. The woman host didn’t even show up there, she just sent a man and just told the other family “ I can make them out” - he meant us. We never heard any apologized from them of what was happened, very devastating. Immature and irresponsible host! From all my travels, never I experienced such like this, it was a first time that the host did a double booking or accept 2 bookings. They made it as our fault that they didn’t saw our bookings, like huh?!

Location, comfortable, warm, a lot of extra blankets, pillows. Clean and tidy. It had everything.

We only stayed 1 night, short stay. Oh we had a power cut Sat morning. No biggie we got things done without power.

Location good and central to tourist attractions

The washing left on the line all of our stay. Mouldy garden seats meant we couldn’t use them. The property photos don’t show how close you are to a busy main road.
