Great location. Good room set up with bunk beds and extra beds. The bathrooms were clean and tidy and toiletries were provided. The kitchen was well equipped too.

There was a lot of noise from people drag racing on the main road right outside. This went on until about midnight and then there were fireworks going off for about 10mins. The kitchen had some ants crawling around when we arrived. There was also a stale cigarette smell in the house which did fade with time but was a bit off-putting on arrival.
