Central City Art Deco 2 bedroom House

Great access to town, great little home, comfortable and perfect for a weekend stay. Will definitely book again if travels bring me back to Rotorua

Artdeco home was excellent in its location. Lovely and clean and spaces

None of the rooms had any mirrors which was very inconvenient. Also we believe the beds could have been provided with electric blankets in cold winter’s nights. Room heaped noisy and beds couldn’t be heated with just heaters on.

Heat pump in lounge kept the end if house comfortable. My bed was so warm & very comfortable.

The communication from the host was excellent. It's very easy to check in using the code. The place is very comfy and feel like home away from home. It comes with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. There's a private car park at the back of the house. The gas heater is the living room kept us warm day and night. There were portable electric heaters in the bed room. The hot/cold water pressure was so good in the shower and all taps. I would come back for more in the future.

TV was a bit hard to turn on and off. I think a simple Android smart TV with a single remote control would be sufficient. Most people can cast from their devices these days. Less is more I would say :D

lovely place, exactly what we needed for our stay over the weekend. fantastic that it has a fully functioning kitchen! it’s hard to find places like that nowadays! beds were clean and comfy and the shower had brilliant pressure!

Great location

House was very cold, noisy outdated heating. TV didn't work. Way Overpriced. Didn't want to stay the second night we booked and found somewhere else to stay instead

House was very well equipped and has nice personal touches that add a lot of character. Super handy location close to town. The gas heater in the lounge made the house warm and toasty. Great to have bikes included that we could use to roam around town.

Not much not to like. As others have mentioned, the shower is quite small, but that did not bother us at all. Nice strong hot water pressure

Very cute house with everything we needed, felt like being in a home away from home, had a great atmosphere/vibe to it, we were able to have our little dog with us and the location was perfect. Will book again in the future.
