Central City Art Deco 2 bedroom House

The linen on the beds were filthy. Had lots of hair on the duvets which made us feel extremely uncomfortable, like nothing had been washed.

Clean. Near the town center but not in walking distance. Ample parking. Comfortable beds. Strong shower pressure. Netflix YouTube available. Nice patio at the back. Clear instructions for access to the property.

Old house. Quirky, washbasin in one of the bedrooms, mirror not above washbasin in bathroom, very small shower cubicle with no place to even keep the soap, no closet space for hanging clothes, uneven flooring. Dirty scrubber for washing dishes. Passage light doesn't light. Two bedrooms with just one bathroom (though the property had made this clear).

Central location

Run down property, probably not meeting healthy homes standards.

Closer to the city. Even you can walk to everywhere to enjoy Rotorua. Quiet at night. Many parking outside if you want.

A little bit old house, few light inside need to fix. Bath a bit small for normal adult.

Loved the art Deco house. Loved the nearby park with the thermal pools and a place to dip your feet in hot water (all for free).

Central location

Ideal location, no issue with parking. Great home from home, and Sue was a fab host. All the amenities you need. Close to Kuirau Park, which is a lovely short walk away. Recommend.

Dog friendly good location and facilities were excellent.
