Really nice location by the canal, nice and quiet. Good facilities and comfortable beds.

Pretty tight for parking

No breakfast supplied...but good kitchen to make our own

could not find the hair dryer the parking is a bit of trouble...either you park somewhere out of sight..or get very quickly good at reversing.

The location of the property was excellent for what we needed and where we were going, near the centre and the racecourse

Too much rain on Wednesday, which was not ideal when we we’re going to the races

It was so cold when we arrived and wasn't sure how to use the thermostat...by the time we left it was too hot! Parking was difficult but luckily parked cars had gone by the time we left.

Lovely, cosy house right next to the canal. very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and sofa. Nice walk along the tow path takes you to the city centre. Would recommend this house for a small group.

The house was well fitted out,the decor and furnishing were very tasteful and the bedding and towels were of very good quality.

There was no blind on the bathroom window, needed a higher tog quilt, got a little nippy during the night.The drain pipe from the bathroom was broken so all the waste water ran down the wall.
