Liked the location, the area was quiet. The bedrooms were nice and clean.

Broken blind in the window of the bedroom that faces out onto the street, I was abit surprised to see this when we pulled up outside for our stay. Kitchen was a bit tired looking as was the bathroom, no plug for the bath!

Location. Provision of items such as washing up liquid, dishcloths, cooking oil, toilet rolls etc.. Fan in bedroom - this was essential given hor weather and fact window wouldn't open. Comfortable bedding.

Mould in bathroom unacceptable. Inside of bathroom door disgustingly dirty. Bath did not feel safe when standing for shower - base of bath is unsecure. Stairs carpet very dirty. Paintwork in hall/stairs, bathroom shabby. Back yard (described as 'patio') full of weeds, broken and uneven paving (trip hazards), and cigarette ends scattered around. Broken blind in front ground floor room. Upstairs front bedroom sash window would not open.

Was in a good place either easy access in to Chester. Easy to find parking nearby. Clean inside.

The king size bed really does need the mattresses changing. Springs digging in and had to lay right on the edge of it to minimise the discomfort. Is a tired property that really could do with some updating especially the bathroom. Silicone and grouting need to be changed. Lots of weeds in the garden.

the property is not as portrayed by the photos. issues were. 1. Beds very uncomfortable, ground floor bed was like sleeping on springs 2. front bedroom window is timber single glazed and could not be opened 3. kitchen utensils had to be cleaned before they could be used 4. there is mould around the bath and on the ceiling 5. all rooms are cramped 6. no blind fitted to bathroom window although overlooked by other properties 7. lack if plug sockets meaning extension leads which are always a risk 8. property is very much in need of some TLC 9. Five bags of kitchen waste pulled in the back garden awaiting disposal 10 broken blind in the ground floor bedroom giving clear but small view into bedroom unless curtains also closed 11. overall the house is less than clean

Close to city centre, quiet residential street. Local pubs and a small sainsbury's 5 mins walk away. Comfy beds well equipped.

Felt the living room was small, and the table wasn't big enough. But nothing to put me off staying again

Location was perfect for getting into Liverpool for the last game of the season and the parade:)

Nicely located. It took us 20 minutes to walk into Chester from here. We enjoyed the pretty walk along the canal with places to drop in for coffee or a drink. At the far end of the street is a small high street with shops and cafes etc. Which is useful. The property itself is good and nicely decorated. Great sized bedrooms with very comfy beds and pillows. We parked right outside the property, no problem. The parking becomes harder to get after 5 pm.

It's just starting to get a little tired in the bathroom. The bath panel is rotten, and there is a little bit of mould. So the bathroom needs a small amount of tlc.

Great location within walking distance of train station and centre. Plenty of on street parking.
