"Having paid quite a lot to stay we were very disappointed and sad at the state of the place"

Bed linen and towels were clean and the property was in a good location

Property was very unclean and incredibly damp with water stains on the walls, all crockery and cutlery had to be washed before use, outside drains were blocked and smelt awful … property was very tired and in need of updates

Was ideal for restaurants and pubs

The television didn't work which was very disappointing car parking was a nightmare and the bedroom downstairs heard everything in the street.

The location was great for walking access to the town centre. The bedrooms were a good size.

The lounge and dining area were small and as a family of four adults our evening meals were a bit cramped. The property could do with a bit of brightening up.
