Phillip House

Great location so we could walk to Hoole High Street and into Chester.

The house has a nice modern styling and was very clean. There is space for 5 to sleep and there are 5 dining chairs and 5 lounge seats too, so it all works. We were there in February and the gas heating was very quick to heat the house to a nice warm temperature. The kitchen is well equipped with a big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob. There was some tea/coffee as well as salt/pepper and washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Street parking was plentiful and free.

There is just one bathroom/toilet combined which is downstairs. It is very modern and clean, but not too handy at night. The house is 1 mile or around 20 minutes walk from the centre of Chester where all the attractions are. We found it hard to get taxis back at night so had to walk both times.

Beautiful house could easily live here everything done to a high standard. Everything you need is here . washing machine dishwasher and a jacuzzi!! Parking is right outside and all the little shops and bars 5 mins walk away . The vendors have kept InTouch during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. It was that nice we extended our stay We will definitely be back

Loved the location. Parking was easy ...outside the property. An easy walk into Chester from Phillip House. Hoole too has some interesting shops. We can definitely recommend Made In Italy for a meal. House was well equipped and very comfortable. This property is ideal and we would certainly stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The house was well equipped and finished to a good standard. Having parking was also a bonus. The owners were keen to ensure our stay was comfortable and they even put up a Christmas tree which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

The location of the house was excellent for visiting Chester and area. It was in the district of Hoole and within walking distance of Chester railway station, pubs, restaurants and shops. The house was tastefully decorated and was spotless. Welcoming and a pleasure to stay in and communication with our hosts was brilliant. On street parking was always available.. Fantastic value and a great find.
