Phillip House

The whole house was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was modern with everything needed for cooking, plus all the little 'extra' touches of tea and coffee etc. The bathroom was downstairs but smart, and the shower was excellent. Communication with Jen was easy and she was extremely helpful. Hoole high Street with its lovely independent shops was only 2 minutes away. Parking was always available.

Nothing. This house met all our needs.

The property was well located for local shops and amenities and only 15 min walk from the centre of Chester. We were able to park right outside the property. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Two great sized double bedrooms and a single. Kitchen was stocked with tea and coffee pods for the machine. Great stack of information about the local area. TV and fast wi-fi.

Slight smell of damp in the living room by the chimney, but that did not affect our enjoyment of the property and the house was clean, comfortable and warm. Single bedroom is very small, but comfortable for sleeping.

The house was very clean and modern. An ideal location for the train station and not too far away from the City centre.

The double beds in the two large rooms were great and very comfortable. However, the single bed in the smaller room was not suitable for an adult as the mattress was quite thin and you could feel the springs through it. They were also very creaky. This was the only thing we felt that could be improved.

Everything was perfect, lovely home, lovely bedrooms, we really enjoyed our stay
