Phillip House

The house was lovley and it was clean and only a mile from the town centre and also a few nice pubs just 2 streets away and take aways and Sainsbury's local which is very handy

The street the house was on it was really quiet just wasn't what we expected

Stayed here for the weekend with a group of friends. Philip House is a lovely little house less than 10 mins walk from Chester centre. Close proximity to Chester Station. Free parking. Nice and cosy.

Nothing - we would happily stay here again.

Requires a grab rail in the bathroom to get out of the bath. Chair very uncomfortable.

It was dirty and mouldy. The kitchen utensils were missing. The fridge was dirty, as was the grill pan. The house was damp. A complaint us logged

Reasonable walk from town centre (about 15 mins). On street parking wasn't a problem and the street was quiet and felt safe. House was comfortable was nicely decorated and had a good range of items you might need during your stay. You maybe wouldn't be well placed to cook a complicated meal but that wasn't want we were looking for and so we had everything we needed.

We had everything we needed for our weekend away.

Location was great for Hoole highstreet and short walk to Chester. Kitchen fully equipped and clean. Bathroom clean and good shower. Able to get parking by house.

Busy street with neighbours coming and going early and late. Could have done with blackout curtains on windows. Didn't realise bathroom was downstairs. Few corners could have done with bit more of a clean.

Modern and comfortable.

Outside the property was a little noisy from the street and neighbours, but it wasn’t a major problem.
