Property was lovely, clean and comfortable, communication with Jen prior to arrival prompt and friendly. 15-20 minute walk to City and plenty of places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the property was fantastic. Lose to amenities and not too far from main centre of Chester. All within walking distance. Ideal for families for a few days to get out of a hotel room and have the convenience of your own home. Highly recommend this property.

There was nothing to dislike. Brilliant property.

Location was great for shops and town centre, and visiting local attractions. Parking never an issue despite busy street. Modern and plenty of space for a family

The only issue was the poor standard of cleaning. There were numerous issues: Cutlery drawer was full of muck and stains which came off with a good wash. Black wet mould in washing machine door, again mainly removed easily with a piece of paper towel but needed a proper clean. Kitchen cupboards were dirty and smelt bad - we washed all the pots we were likely to use and cleaned a few shelves to keep them on Limescale on bathroom fittings, shower head was particularly bad. Jacuzzi bath was unusable due to black mould coming out of the jets Beds need mattress protectors as could feel bobbles under sheet

Well equipped kitchen. Modern, well furnished. Quiet location.

Location was very residential. Had thought I’d read it was close to shops and restaurants. Walk into the city was along busy road.

Comfortable stay. Kitchen well equipped and jacuzzi in a bath was a bonus. House was clean but you can tell it suffers with damp.

Strange overpowering smell in little bedroom so youngest child was staying in our room.

Lovely big main bedroom with TV.

Hadn’t realised when booked bathroom was downstairs, so unfortunately elderly parents couldn’t come. Sofa’s in the living room weren’t very comfortable. Woke up at 6am boiling hot as heating had come on. Rather frustrating to learn from owners that digital thermostat was broken so to use timer on the boiler. Would be nice to have better quality softer linen and pillows.
