South View - 3 bed modern Chester house - Close to city centre

Excellent location, close to all amenities

Lots of space, close to city centre good value, great for visiting family who are at university

Back yard could of been cleaner. House cleaning standards were very clean Recommend putting curtains aswell as blinds in front rooms Little noise from neighbours but to be expected in terrace house in student/rental area. That said great place and would recommend

Location good with nice touches in the property. Coffee pods and coffee make- tea and coffee and some cleaning products. Towels and bedding fresh and clean. Outside space for the summer.

The landlord pre warned that table and chairs were wobbly - they were perhaps they will be replaced.

There were multiple ants in the property, including in the downstairs bedroom

Location good, close to city centre , large bedrooms and bathroom, kitchen well equipped , coffee machine a bonus !

Radiator to front bedroom not heating up fully, fit a bathroom lock ! Would have preferred allocated parking .
