Perfect holiday property for a big family or a group of friends with terrace, fireplace and a home bakery. Four bedroom villa with a fruit garden in vicinity of the church the bar and two restaurants is located next to a pyramide in the very centre of Arco de sao Jorge.

The bar can get a little bit busy on weekends.

The nature around the house was nice. The kitchen was also useful and equiped with enough items. The bar close to the place has very friendly people.

Lots of millipedes and spiders, had to kill alot of them everyday (foto attached). One of the heaters made lots of noise and had a burning scent at one point. The house has an antique smell. The bed was very hard and uncomfy. Dificult to travel by bus to Funchal. For the price it was alright.

Good location - quite easy to reach many good spots. Also we liked that we got a lot of space for a very good price. The person who was in charge reacted fast (for example the fallowing day delivered hairdryer that was missing).

The house inside could be cleaner and brighter - there were dust at some places and some of the lights were not working. Also it has a smell of an old house - some people could find that smell not very nice. Another thing that was even disgusting at the beginning - that all around the house you could find small black bugs that look like a small worms. In the morning we would go "hunting" and collect around 60 of them. Later when we found out that they come from the outside - it was easier, but still it was quite negative experience as they could be found everywhere (sink, floor, walls and etc).
