Clean, comfortable and convenient

Beautiful appartment in a wonderfully central location. Dunedin is an historical city with an equally exciting modern vibe and this accommodation exudes both elements really well. Everything you need is at hand. Thanks for a great stay.

Kitchen, bedding

Was supposed to sleep 4, but pull out bed in lounge was never used, too difficult, so only 3 stayed Strong smell of something like 'cat urine' at front door , over 3 days only got worse

Comfortable

No washing detergent to wash clothes or pegs

In my opinion not luxury at all, especially when there’s not even milk for a cup of tea on arrival. Loved the location hence the reason for picking. Shower nice and had good pressure, underfloor heating in bathroom a nice touch.beds comfortable.

First thing noticed was the very aggressive rules and stipulations have obviously had troubles with previous tenants and the threat of the price of locking the keys inside at least makes you cautious! Had trouble with the tv, rang then as message says text and they will get back to you…..still haven’t heard back!! First night had tried to book an extra night as noticed it was available online but never heard back until after I’d checked out with a lame sorry and a lie saying it wasn’t available, so not sure who was in the wrong, them or booking.com??? Communication is extremely lacking and disappointing. Carpets could do with a good clean, lots of very noticeable marks, such a shame because it’s lovely underfoot. If your a sensitive person to noise it may not be the best place as it has an upstairs apartment and at times sounded like a heard of elephants were up there. This would have to be my first grumpy experience with accommodation in a long time but felt for the price and lack of communication for help and questions answered I just felt like a bank to them, no responsibility on their part at all!!
