Everything worked well, lovely sea view, large TV

Property could do with an outside light especially as there are several steps leading up to the property.

Great location along the seafront.

No live TV, just streaming. Maybe supply nicer pillows.

The location, right opposite the beach was amazing. We could walk into the town centre & get the bus to Eastbourne 😊

The house is 2 bedrooms, not 3 bedrooms as stated, but that was fine for us. The neighbours were a bit noisy at times (? sanding/ decorating).

Very close to town, opposite the beach. Perfect base for walking over beachy head and seven sisters.

Based on the information provided on booking.com describing this as a 3 bedroom house we were both surprised and disappointed to find that there were only 2. Although this has been fed back to the owners we keep being told that it sleeps 6 which we don't disagree with, however we specifically booked a 3 bedroom house to suit our needs. The downstairs toilet didn't initially work although we did manage to fix this ourselves. The property didn't match the expectations from the photos

Very near the sea. Good parking. Very clean and comfortable house.

Nowhere to put recycled rubbish- bin outside was already full so I took my rubbish home.
