"Exceptional"

Stunning view with the sea just a couple of meters away. The house was nice and cozy and pretty warm. We had to use the boiler as outside the temperature was pretty cold, but inside was very warm. Definitely recommended it and come back again if needed. Many thanks for everything!

The location is fantastic. Accommodation quiet and cosy with fab views

More cooking utensils needed (frying pans, saucepans). Not many if a family are staying.

"Would stay again"

Lovely location, good size property, has everything you would need, parking space, board games and wifi, close to places of interest.

Lovely view but the windows were so dirty it was hard to see it. Mouldy bedroom, tired bedding, no proper plug for bath and shower seal dirty.

"Seaford Marine Parade"

On the whole a pleasant stay, hard to find out how to operate the heating. Photos were maybe a little deceptive when arriving for at the location but the area was quiet and we were able to explore the surrounding area.

Controls for heating didn't seem to work and on arrival keys were in the door and not the key lock. A few issues re cleaning but it was clean. A small welcome pack would have been nice

"Comfortable and pleasant stay"

A very comfortable stay with a lot of amenities. The house is spacious, the terrace is wonderful. Great location, very close to the beach and quite close to the city centre. The neighbourhood is calm.

The only thing that we missed was a coffee machine. The bedding was nice clean but didn't smell nice (this is a detail).

"Have a lovely few days but the property needs some TLC"

The house is in a great location. It was clean and tidy.

This is advertised as a 3 bedroom house and it is not. It has 2 good sized bedrooms and a pull out bed in the front room which is definitely not a bedroom. It would have been nice if the front door locked. The down stairs toilet door doesn’t close. The outside furniture needs to be updated indoor the old bench seat. So that could actually sit outside and enjoy the great view the property offers.
